*This is a detox treatment  for those who have had a successful (BPH operation) such as: 

  • Transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP)
  • Holmium laser (HoLEP)
  • Water ablation
  • Greenlight XPS

Instruction:

Scoop 4-6 large tablespoons of dried herbs into a large pot
Add 2-3 litres of spring water
and bring to boil for approximately 10-15 mins.
Add a further 1/2 litre of water
Once chilled strain and pour into a large, sealed drinking container. Rest in chiller over night and drink 2-3 litres every day or as directed.
