Instruction:
Scoop 2-3 cup full of dried herbs into a large pot. Add 2-3 litres of spring water and bring to boil for approximately 10-15 mins, add a further half to 1-litre of water and simmer for 5 mins.
Once chilled strain and pour into a large, sealed glass drinking bottle or container. Rest in chiller over night and drink 2-3 litres every day or as directed.
